Ely - Disabled Persons Parking Place Amendments
What is happening?

(Disabled Persons Parking Place) Order 2025
The Cambridgeshire County Council proposes to make the above Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police the effect of which will be to:
Implement disabled persons parking places in Ely in the vicinity of 9 Chiefs Street, 23 St Ovins Green and 33 Hills Lane.
The disabled persons parking bay in the vicinity of 35 Hills Lane will be removed as we have been informed this bay is no longer required.

All feedback, including objections stating the grounds on which they are made, must be sent in writing by 14th August 2025. Please submit feedback using the consultation portal noted above or write to the undersigned quoting Reference PR1133. Comments received will be used as part of our consultation process and may be published, but will be anonymised, in any reports.
