What is happening?

(Civil Enforcement And Consolidation) Order 2023 (Variation No.1) Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that South Kesteven District Council proposes to make the above order (hereafter called “the Variation Order”) to vary the South Kesteven District Council (Off-Street Parking Places)(Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2023 (hereafter called the “Original Order”), to the extent shown below. In all other aspects the Original Order will remain unchanged.

Commencement
It is intended to bring the Variation Order into operation on or after 29th August 2025

Variation
The effect of the Variation Order, is to:
•  Increase the area of Cattle market car park, Stamford
•  Add charges and restrictions to the additional area

Full details of the variation are in the Variation Order and Statement of Reasons, which may be examined at the South Kesteven District Council Offices, The Picture House, St Catherine’s Road, Grantham, NG31 6TT during normal office hours.
Any persons wishing to submit an objection or other representation relating to the proposed Order must specify the grounds and send it in writing to arrive no later than 9am on 22nd August 2025 to Corporate Property, South Kesteven District Council, The Picture House, St Catherine’s Road, Grantham, NG31 6TT or by e-mail to CorporateProperty@southkesteven.gov.uk
