LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123 (2A)
LAND KNOWN AS LAND ADJACENT TO 46 GEORGE ROAD, SELLY OAK B29 6AH IN THE CITY OF BIRMINGHAM
NOTICE is hereby given that Birmingham City Council (hereinafter referred to as “the Council”) propose to dispose of the land described in the Schedule hereto.
THE said parcels of land is shown edged red on the plans which may be inspected at all reasonable hours at the offices of the undersigned at The Council House, Victoria Square, Birmingham, B1 1BB.
THE Council will consider any objections to the proposal which objections should be made in writing to the undersigned (quoting reference LS/PTY/OO/237295) not later than the 14 August 2025.
THE SCHEDULE
ALL THOSE two parcels of land firstly containing an area of approximately 4195 square metres (1.04AC) adjacent to 46 George Road, Selly Oak, B29 6AH in the City of Birmingham and secondly an area of approximately 2140 square metres (0.53AC) also adjacent to 46 George Road which said parcels of land are public open space.
