14 (1)(a) (AS AMENDED)

DODWORTH FOOTPATH 8
TEMPORARY CLOSURE
An order will be made to close a section of Dodworth footpath 8 between Barnsley Road and Jermyn Croft.
This Order shall come into operation on 5 August 2025 for a maximum duration of up to six months. Works are scheduled to take approx. 1 day.
REASON: Tree trimming/felling works effecting overhead high voltage cables

BARNSLEY PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 174
TEMPORARY CLOSURE
The Secretary of State has authorised a further 6 month extension of the above named order to close Barnsley public footpath no. 174 which runs beneath the medieval archway at Monk Bretton Priory. The extension will come into effect on 31 July 2025.
REASON: The removal and repair of unsafe masonry.
