Temporary Closure of Stawley Road
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Stawley Road - from 41 metres north-west of the junction with Rectory Road, north-westwards for a total distance of 43 metres. This Order will enable Wessex Water to replace a meter.
The Order becomes effective on 7th August 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 11th August 2025 and last until 15th August 2025 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 5 days.
