THE A1(M) MOTORWAY (LEEDS FESTIVAL)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that National Highways Limited intends to make an Order on the A1(M) Motorway, in the City of Leeds, for the purpose of facilitating the Leeds Festival. The Order starts at 4am and is expected to end at 6pm on Monday 25 August 2025, continuing as necessary to facilitate the event.
The effect of the Order will be to close the A1(M) northbound exit slip road at Junction 45 (Grange Moor), during which times a suitably signed alternative route will be available.
Traffic signs will indicate the extent of the prohibition (which will not apply to emergency service vehicles or traffic officer purposes). The Order comes into force on 24 August 2025 and will remain in force for as long as is necessary to facilitate the event.
