NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of their powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Aet 1984 and all other enabling powers and after consulting with the Chief Officer of Police have made an order the effect of which is: -

Allow One-way traffic on the Lane from the junction of Gordon Road to the northeast corner of the plot of Land Adjacent to No, 3 Fairfield Close, Blackwood.

The Order came into operation on the 1st September 2021.

A copy of the Order as made, plans showing the parts of the highway affected and a statement of the traffic authority's reasons for making the Order can be inspected free of charge by appointment at Caerphilly County Borough Council Legal Services, Penallta House, Tredomen Park, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed, CF82 7PG between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) from 23/07/2025 to 20/08/2025 quoting reference 5008489.
