Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
The County of Cornwall (Carclew Road, Road From Junction At Five Pines To Junction South Of Angarrick Cottages, Mylor Bridge)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Mylor Bridge. This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th August 2025 to 20th August 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Roads affected - Carclew Road, Mylor Bridge for its entire length and Road From Junction At Five Pines To Junction South Of Angarrick Cottages, Carclew between the junctions of Carclew Road and Broads Lane.

The County of Cornwall (Church Street, Church Hill, Helston) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 21st July 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Helston. This prohibition is necessary for surfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th August 2025 to 8th August 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.

Roads affected - Church Street, Helston for its entire length and Church Hill, Helston between the junctions of Church Street and Parc Eglos.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Treluswell.

This prohibition is necessary for manhole and patching works and it is expected that the closure will be from 19th August 2025 to 23rd August 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700, weekdays only.

Roads affected - A393 Between Lanner and Treluswell, Lanner for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Grampound. This prohibition is necessary for fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th August 2025 to 1st September 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Pepo Lane, Grampound between the junctions of New Hill Estate and Bonython Drive.

This prohibition is necessary for tree works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th August 2025 to 7th August 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Penwethers Lane, Truro between grid references SW80612 44172 and SW80650 44223.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th August 2025 to 6th August 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th August 2025 to 19th August 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for sewer works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th August 2025 to 24th August 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included .

Road affected - Road From Junction At Bosvisack Cottage To East Langarth, Threemilestone between the property named Langarth Farm and grid reference SW78027 45953.
