TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING & LOADING
Glenpatrick Road, Elderslie
The Renfrewshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby gives notice that, because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road, no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven or cause or permit any vehicle (except works vehicles) to wait or load on the following length of road in the town of Elderslie in the Unitary Authority of Renfrewshire:
Glenpatrick Road, Elderslie – From the junction of Stoddard Square to the junction of Lexwell Avenue (both sides of the road).
Reason for Restriction: Scottish Water Works.
Vehicles left on the road in contravention of this Notice will be moved out of the works area.
Alternative Routes: N/A.
This notice will be in force from Wednesday 06th August 2025 to Wednesday 13th August 2025.
This notice will only be effective when so displayed by signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations & General Directions 2016.
