THE MIDLOTHIAN COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION ON WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING ETC) (VARIATION NO 13) ORDER 2025  - TO/R5.3.143

Midlothian Council on 21 July 2025 made the above Order, which will come into force on 4 August 2025. The effect is to apply double yellow line restrictions at the turning head on Durham Place in Bonnyrigg. Details may be examined until 1 September 2025 at www.tellmescotland.gov.uk, at Libraries and from david.chambers@midlothian.gov.uk.

Anyone wishing to question the validity of this Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of such Act or of any relevant regulation has not been complied with, may within six weeks from 21 July 2025 apply for this purpose to the Court of Session.
