What is happening?
(U350S BARRHILL ROAD) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER) ORDER 2025
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close the U350s Barrhill Road, Kirkcudbright, between Townend and Bourtree Avenue from 9am – 9pm on 06/08/25. The closure is necessary to facilitate Scottish Water ironwork repair works. Alternative route available via St Mary’s Place, St Mary Street, Bourtree Avenue and vice versa. Emergency access will be available. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
(U19S BARCAPLE) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER) ORDER 2025
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close the U19s at the Gas Plant, South of Mid Lodge, Barcaple, Ringford from 8am on 07/08/25 – 5pm on 09/08/25. The closure is necessary to facilitate BT ducting works. Alternative route available via U19s, U163s, A75(T), A762, U29s, U19s and vice versa. Emergency access will be available. Pedestrian access will not be maintained.
