RHODDIR RHYBUDD fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ddim llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad y Rhybudd hwn, i wahardd unrhyw gerbyd fynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Rose Hill Hen Golwyn o’r tu allan i Rif 9 i’r tu allan i Rif 6 Rose Hill.

Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn caniatáu gwaith gan Wales and West Utilities. Caniateir mynediad i gerddwyr ac i’r gwasanaethau brys tra bydd y ffordd ar gau. Bydd y llwybr amgen ar hyd Rose Hill, Green Hill i Church Walks ac fel arall.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 11 Awst 2025. Disgwylir y bydd y ffordd ar gau am gyfnod o ddim mwy na 3 wythnos.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

SECTION 14(1)

Conwy County Borough Council

(Rose Hill Old Colwyn)

(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Conwy County Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles to proceed in that section of Rose Hill Old Colwyn from outside number 9 to outside number 6 Rose Hill.

The Order is necessary to facilitate works by Wales and West Utilities, Pedestrian and Emergency access will be maintained. The alternative route will be via Rosehill, Green Hill to Church Walks and vice versa.

The Order comes into effect on 11 August 2025. It is anticipated that the road will be closed for a maximum period of 3 weeks.
