Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Hinsley Lane, Carlton, Order 2025, No.
280 We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Hinsley
Lane, Carlton for a temporary period (subject to access to premises)
between 08/08/25 & 27/08/25, due to Building works. The closure period will
be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site

30 Mph Speed Limit, Betteras Hill Road, Hillam, Order 2025 Notice is
hereby given that The North Yorkshire Council proposes to make an Order
under Sections 84(1) & (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV
of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act, the effect of which will be to prohibit any
motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 30 mph on the length of
road specified below:- Betteras Hill Road, Hillam, 530m extension in a north
westerly direction. A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing
the roads affected & a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to
make the Order may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton & at
Sherburn & Villages Community Library, Finkle Hill, Sherburn in Elmet, LS25
6EA during normal office hours from 24/07/25 until 15/08/25 & also viewed
online at www.northyorks.gov.uk/roadworks-map or
www.northyorks.gov.uk/traffic-regulation-orders. If you wish to object to the
proposed Order, you should send the grounds for your objection, in writing
addressed to Area 7 Selby Highways Office, Canal Road, Selby, North

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Selby Road, Eggborough, Order 2025,
No. 282 We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using
Selby Road, Eggborough for a temporary period (subject to access to
premises) between 11/08/25 & 12/09/25, due to Development works &
Section 50 licensed works. However, the max duration of this Order is until
11/10/25. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, New Road, Ulleskelf, Order 2025, No.
286 We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using New
Road, Ulleskelf for a temporary period (subject to access to premises)
between 28/07/25 & 18/08/25 between the hours 07:30hrs to 17:30hrs, due
to works to rectify a landslip, potential danger to the public. However, the
max duration of this Order is until 28/08/25. The closure period will be
indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site
