(Various Streets) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2019 (Church Square, 7 High Street, Scunthorpe) (Amendment) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that, on 23rd July 2025, North Lincolnshire Council made an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, 32, 35, 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to amend the Order specified in the Schedule to the extent described in that Schedule. This Order will take effect on 25th July 2025. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that a requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with you may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for that purpose to the High Court.
To amend the North Lincolnshire Borough Council (Various Streets) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2019 as follows in so far as it relates to Scunthorpe.
On the High St and in the Church Square Area, Scunthorpe - revoke existing Orders to match new road layout and implement new restrictions of No Waiting at Any Time, a parking space and disabled parking places for use by general disabled badge holders only, as shown on drawing number YHN5006/25/01/01.
