Temporary Closure of Vagg Hill
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Vagg Hill - from the junction with Vagg Lane, southwards for a total distance of 210 metres.
This Order will enable Ground Control to carry out tree cutting works on behalf of Scottish and Southern Electricity.
The Order becomes effective on 24th July 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 30th July 2025 and last until 30th July 2025 between the hours of 09:30 - 15:30 for a total of 6 hours.
