PARISHES OF NUNNEY AND TRUDOXHILL (20MPH AND 30MPH SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 2023
Notice is hereby given that on Friday the 18th July 2025 Somerset Council made the above order in pursuance of the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as previously advertised on the 14th day of September 2023 to introduce 20mph and 30mph speed limits on the lengths of roads as specified in the Schedules to this Order. The Order comes into effect on the 24th day of July 2025.
A copy of the Order may be inspected online at www.somerset.gov.uk/TRO. If any person wishes to question the validity of the order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the Act), or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
