Derby Lane - Temporary Road Closure to Facilitate Remedial Works
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
DERBY LANE, CUBLEY
WHEN: 08 August 2025 (between 09:30 to 18:00).
WHERE: Derby Lane, Cubley between Church View and Pear Tree Cottage.
REASON: To facilitate remedial works.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Unnamed Section of A515 from Derby Lane to Coton Wood Cottages, Mill Lane, Church Lane and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road.
The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.

The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
