Trinity Hill, Medstead - Temporary Road Closure due to Pole Testing Works

What is happening?

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – TRINITY ROAD, MEDSTEAD, EAST HAMPSHIRE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.

ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Trinity Hill between its junction with Castle Street and a point approx. 150 metres North of said junction.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Holt End Lane, Station Road, A339, Medstead Road, Kings Hill, Hussell Lane, High Street.

DURATION OF ORDER: from 8th August 2025 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 1 day, working between the hours 09:30 – 15:30).

The Road Closure has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for Sunbelt Rentals Ltd to carry out Pole testing works. If there are any queries or enquires regarding this Order please contact: surveys@sunbeltrentals.co.uk

Sunbelt Rentals Ltd will provide reasonable facilities to allow access to adjacent premises and provide notice to those directly affected while the work is being carried out.
