Manor Road, Temporary Road Closure Due To Excavation Works
What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE - MANOR ROAD, RINGWOOD, NEW FOREST
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Manor Road between its junction with Green Lane and continuing 65 metres South on Manor Road.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Manor Road, Parsonage Barn Lane.
DURATION OF ORDER: from Monday 21st July 2025 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 12 days and in operation 24 hours a day).
The Temporary Road Closure has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for SSEN to complete excavation works. If there are any queries or enquires regarding this Order please contact: peter.simpson@sse.com
