Temporary Closure of Parkstone Avenue

Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Parkstone Avenue - from the junction with Taunton Road to the junction with Cromwell Road. A total distance of 98 metres. This Order will enable Wales & West Utilities to carry out gas mains replacement works.

The Order becomes effective on 22nd July 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 28th July 2025 and last until 8th August 2025 between the hours of 08:00 - 17:00 for a total of 12 days.
