High Street, Temporary Road Closure Due To Water Works

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE - B3006 HIGH STREET, SELBORNE, EAST HAMPSHIRE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.

ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of B3006 High Street between its junction with Huckers Lane and its junction with Hastards Lane.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Fountain Road, Selborne Road, Farnham Road, A3, Woolmer Road, Petersfield Road, Templars Way, Louisburg Avenue, Farnham Road, Forge Road, Green Street, Worldham Hill, Cakers Lane, Wilsom Road, Mill Lane, Montecchio Way

DURATION OF ORDER: from 22nd July 2025 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 4 days, working between the hours 20:00 - 06:00).

The road closure has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for South East Water to carry out leak repairs. If there are any queries or enquires regarding this Order please contact: HIGHWAYS@SOUTHEASTWATER.CO.UK 

South East Water will provide reasonable facilities to allow access to adjacent premises and provide notice to those directly affected while the work is being carried out.
