What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING
PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO CANBERRA ROAD.

The Ealing (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No. 938) Order 2025.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, made the above-titled Order, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The general effect of the made Order will be to; (a) on Canberra Road, the north side, opposite Nos. 91 to 107 Canberra Road, convert lengths of single yellow line to double yellow lines; (b) update the existing description of the Orders to match on street markings.

3. The made Order, which will come into operation on 30 July 2025, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders including plans, are available by e-mail from ‘trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk’ or for inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders is made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
