Norfolk County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, hereby give notice that:

i) THEY PROPOSE TO MAKE Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders in respect of the following roads:

BLOFIELD – Fox Lane from its junction with Yarmouth Way for 20m southwards to facilitate reinstatement gas works on defect from 31st July to 2nd August 2025 (may continue until 13th September 2025). Alternative route is via: Yarmouth Road, Danesbower Lane. The works promoter is Cadent Gas.

EAST RUSTON – U19089 Fox Hill Road from its junction with C411 School Road for 10m northwards to facilitate patching works from 30th July to 1st August 2025 (may continue until 12th September 2025). FELMINGHAM – B1145 North Walsham Road/Aylsham Road from its junction with U19104 Goulders Lane for 60m southwards and 515m north-eastwards to facilitate resurfacing works (Phase 2) between 07:00 and 19:00 from 30th July to 8th August 2025 only whilst signs indicating closures are in place (may continue until 19th September 2025). FOULSHAM – C199 Guist Road from 185m east of its junction with Bexfield Drive for 50m eastwards to facilitate works to repair chamber cover frame of SV from 28th to 30th July 2025 (may continue until 10th September 2025). GREAT YARMOUTH – Blackfriars Road from its junction with Victoria Road for 75m southwards to facilitate new electrical connection works. Traffic over the road shall be temporarily prohibited to park, stop, load, and/or unload from 28th July to 1st August 2025 (may continue until 12th September 2025). Alternative route is via: N/A. HEVINGHAM – U57254 New Road from its junction with Westgate for 200m northwards to facilitate installation of a new fibre network from 28th July to 1st August 2025 (may continue until 12th September 2025). HORSTEAD WITH STANNINGHALL – C494 Buxton Road from 290m northwest of its junction with B1353 Old Church Road for 80m north westwards to facilitate BT pole testing works between 09:30 and 15:30 on the 31st July 2025 (may continue until 11th September 2025). LINGWOOD AND BURLINGHAM – Post Office Road from its junction with Chapel Road for 150m eastwards to facilitate installation of a new fibre network from 28th July to 1st August 2025 (may continue until 12th September 2025). REEPHAM

  1. C266 Whitwell Road from its junction with Rudd Lane for 90m southwards, and

  2. Rudds Lane from its junction with Whitwell Road to its junction with Mill Road, and

  3. Mill Road from its junction with Whitwell Road for 280m southwards to facilitate installation of a new fibre network from 28th July to 15th August 2025 (may continue until 26th September 2025).

BOUGHTON – Oxborough Road from 795m east of its junction with Chapel Road for 285m eastwards to facilitate main laying works. The Road will be temporarily subject to a 30mph speed restriction from 28th July to 22nd October 2025 (may continue until 22nd April 2026). Alternative route is via: N/A. EAST RUDHAM – Bagthorpe Road from 500m north of its junction with North Pole Road for 100m northwards to facilitate pole and overhead cable replacement works between 08:30 and 18:00 from 30th to 31st July 2025 (may continue until 11th September 2025). Alternative route is via: Bagthorpe Road, B1454 Fakenham Road, Docking Road, Syderstone Road, Syderstone Road, Main Road (Syderstone, East Rudham, Bagthorpe with Barmer). The road will be temporarily closed and traffic shall be temporarily prohibited to park, stop, load, and/or unload between 07:30 and 16:00 from 28th July to 24th August 2025 (may continue until 24th February 2026). MARSHLAND ST. JAMES – Moyses Bank from 560m west of its junction with Rustons Road for 50m westwards to facilitate chamber cover and frame repair works from 28th to 30th July 2025 (may continue until 10th September 2025). MARSHLAND ST. TERRINGTON ST. CLEMENT – Rhoon Road from its junction with Ongar Hill for 200m southwards to facilitate BT pole test works between 09:30 and 15:30 on 28th July 2025 (may continue until 8th September 2025). TERRINGTON ST. JOHN – School Road from 663m south of its junction with Main Road for 50m southwards to facilitate new water connection works from 27th July to 1st August 2025 (may continue until 12th September 2025). Alternative route is via: School Road, Main Road, St Johns Road, Chapel Road, Low Road (Terrington St. John, Marshland St. James, Tilney St. Lawrence). The works promoter is Anglian Water.

WALPOLE HIGHWAY – Mill Road from its junction with Lynn Road for 125m northwards to facilitate patching works from 28th July to 1st August 2025 (may continue until 12th September 2025). Alternative route is via: Mill Road, Lynn Road, West Drove North, Walnut Road (Walpole Highway, Walpole). The works promoter is Norfolk County Council.

BLOFIELD – Plantation Road from its junction with North Street for 260m northwards to facilitate footway and carriageway resurfacing works from 23rd July to 2nd September 2025 (may continue until 2nd March 2026).

CROMER – Surrey Street from 33m east of its junction with Brook Street for 10m eastwards to facilitate asbestos removal works between 17:00 and 06:00 from 21st to 22nd July 2025 (may continue until 2nd September 2025).

FELMINGHAM – B1145 North Walsham Road from 135m east of its junction with Felmingham BR12 for 60m southwards to facilitate resurfacing works (Phase 1) anticipated between 19:00 and 05:00 from 21st to 30th July 2025 only whilst signs indicating closures are in place (may continue until the 19th September 2025).

GORLESTON-ON-SEA – Plane Road from its junction with Beccles Road for 40m southwards to facilitate new electrical connection works from 23rd to 28th July 2025 (may continue until 8th September 2025).

GREAT YARMOUTH – Pasteur Road from its junction with A47 for 120m northwards to facilitate road marking renewal works between 20:00 and 06:00 from 21st July to 2nd August 2025 (may continue until 13th September 2025).

GRESHAM – U14280 Sustead Road/C301 Cromer Road from its junction with U14282 Hellgate Lane for 550m south-eastwards to facilitate electrical pole and cabling works on 19th July 2025 (may continue until 30th August 2025).

  1. U57437 Woodland Road from its junction with Coppice Avenue to its junction with Falkland Close and
