MANCHESTER CITY COUNCIL
 TEMPORARY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 (AS AMENDED) ORDER NO. MCC144636814

Notice is hereby given that the City Council has made the following Temporary Road Traffic Order(s) The City of Manchester (Cheetham Hill Road, Cheetham Ward) Temporary Closure of Cycle Lane]) Order 2025 under s14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to prohibit traffic on the cycle lane on Cheetham Hill Road from Park Place to Trinity way. The City Council is satisfied that this prohibition is necessary in order to facilitate crane lifts. The duration of the works that have been in progress from 28th June 2025 has lengthened and therefore the Order will continue to 3rd August 2025. The order came into operation on the 28th June 2025 and may remain in force for a maximum period of eighteen months. If all necessary works are completed within a shorter period, the Order shall cease to have effect at the end of that shorter period. Kevin Gillham.
