Outdoor Market Space in Totterdown Street, London SW17
The Wandsworth (Prescribed Route) (No. 5) Order 2025;
The Wandsworth (Loading Bays) (No.1) Order 2025;
The Wandsworth (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Areas) (Amendment No. 667) Order 2025;
The Wandsworth (Tooting Broadway) (Parking Places) (No. 1) Order 2025.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth on 16 July 2025 made the above orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
The general effects of the Orders are:-
(a) to introduce a Pedestrian Zone operating on all days of the week between 11am and 7pm in Totterdown Street between its junction with St Cyprian’s Street and its junction with Blakenham Road;
(b) to introduce one-way working in Totterdown Street (between its junctions with Tooting High Street and St Cyprian’s Street), St Cyprian’s Street and Kellino Street (between its junctions with Tooting High Street and St Cyprian’s Street), which will allow for vehicular flow being in an anti-clockwise direction;
(c) to install ‘loading only’ bays in Totterdown Street outside TK Maxx’s forecourt. One ‘at all times’ loading bay and the other time restricted, operating Monday–Sunday 7am to 11am;
(d) to relocate the motorcycle parking from Totterdown to Blakenham Road;
(e) to remove a number of parking bays on Totterdown Street;
(f) to upgrade lengths of single yellow line to double yellow lines at the junction of Totterdown Street/ St Cyprian’s Street and St Cyprian’s Street/Kelino Street.
Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation on 21 July 2025, and of documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU.
Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements of that Act or of any relevant regulations made under that Act have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

VARIOUS STREETS IN THE BOROUGH
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth on 16 July 2025 made the following Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 49 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

The Wandsworth (Battersea) (Parking Places) (No. 1) Order 2025;
The Wandsworth (Earlsfield) (Parking Places) (No. 1) Order 2025;
The Wandsworth (Wandsworth Town) (Parking Places) (No. 1) Order 2025;
The Wandsworth (Wandsworth Common & Tooting Bec) (Parking Places) (No. 2) Order 2025;
The Wandsworth (London Cycle Hire Scheme) (Parking Places) (No 1) Order 2025.

Lydden Road, SW18
The removal of three on-street vehicular parking spaces on the northern side of Lydden Road east of the site access on the northern side of Lydden Road.
Introduction of single yellow line “No waiting 09.30–16.30” restriction on the northern side of Lydden Road west of the site access.
Introduction of “No waiting 09.30–16.30” single yellow line waiting restriction on the northern side of Lydden Road at the southern and southwestern frontage of the site.
The removal of one on-street vehicular parking bay on the southern side of Lydden Road immediately north of No. 55 Lydden Road and the introduction of a single yellow line “No waiting 09.30–16.30.”
Installation of single yellow line “No waiting 09.30–16.30” on the eastern side of the carriageway on Lydden Grove.
Bradmead, SW8
The installation of “Cycle Hire Only” on-carriageway road markings on the eastern side of the road immediately south of its junction with Palmerston Way, and of double yellow lining around the proposed build-out to the south of the southern-most docking station. This will involve the removal of 13 CPZ permit holder spaces.
This is to facilitate the installation of 40 Santander cycle hire docking stations that were removed from the area north of Palmerston Court to facilitate public realm improvements secured with the development under S278 of the Highways Act 1980.
The conversion of 10 x 2m of CPZ parking space and 8m x 2m of carriageway space currently marked with chevrons on the western side of Bradmead opposite the above-mentioned Cycle Hire Only space to 3 x on-street disabled parking bays.
Wimbledon Park Road, SW19
Proposal to install “At Any Time” waiting restriction (marked as double yellow lines) on the unnamed access road adjacent to No.202 Wimbledon Park Road along the extent of public highway.
Cicada Road, SW18
Proposal to remove part (7.9m) of the existing no waiting restriction (marked as single yellow line) and extend bay markings side of No.78 Melody Road.
Heathfield Road, SW18
Proposal to remove the existing no waiting restriction (marked as single yellow line) and extend bay markings at the side of No.14 Alma Terrace.
WANDSWORTH BOROUGH COUNCIL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – FALCON ROAD, SW11
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth has made an Order to restrict vehicular traffic in Falcon Road to facilitate new highway and architectural lighting and some soft landscaping/planting works.
Whilst the works are taking place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter, proceed or wait in Falcon Road from its junction with Falcon Lane to its junction with Grant Road (the extents of Falcon Road Rail Bridge).
Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be via Plough Road and Latchmere Road.
The Order will come into operation on the 21 July 2025, and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within 4 weeks. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
The provisions specified in article 2 above shall not apply in respect of:
(i) any vehicle being used for the purposes of those works;
(ii) any vehicle on any occasion when it is being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes if the observance of those provisions would hinder the use of the vehicle;
(iii) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14
TEMPORARY CLOSURE – BRAMFIELD ROAD SW11
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Bramfield Road to facilitate Thames Water utility works.
Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Bramfield Road from the junction with Northcote Road to outside number 83. There will be no waiting at any time.
Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

The order will come into operation on 31 July 2025 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 6 August 2025.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14
TEMPORARY CLOSURE – CARWELL STREET SW17
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Carwell Street to facilitate Thames Water utility works.
Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Carwell Street on the side of numbers 194 & 196. There will be no waiting 08:00 -18:00 Saturday - Tuesday.
Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

The order will come into operation on 2 August 2025 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 6 August 2025.
