Notice of application for a variation of a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003

The variation if granted will allow for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises

Monday to Sunday 0700hrs to 0700hrs

Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the following date: 11th August 2025 Premises Licensing, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, Manchester, PO Box 532, M60 2LA Or by e-mail to: premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk.

The Licensing register and Record of application are available for inspection at the above office by appointment only.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
