NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council intends to
make the following Order,
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council have made the following Order,
Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (Temporary Closure of Brook Street,
Wordsley) Order 2025 the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle
proceeding on Brook Street, Wordsley, for the purpose of carriageway resurfacing
works being carried out on or near the affected road. The order will come into
operation on 1/8/25 and will remain in force until 13/8/25 or until the works are
completed, whichever is the earlier. The maximum duration of the order is 18
months. Traffic will be diverted via: Camp Hill, High Street Wordsley, Brierley Hill
Road, Swan Lane, Ridgway Road, Brooklands, and vice versa; AND Audnam,
Brettell Lane, Oak Park Road, and vice versa; AND Audnam, Junction Road, Sweet
Brier, and vice versa.
Access to frontages and for emergency vehicles will be maintained where safe to do so.
