Dartford, Multiple Temporary Traffic Regulation Notices
What is happening?

Kent County Council, acting in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, makes or intends to make the following Orders.
DARTFORD AREA
A2026 Victoria Road westbound only, Dartford, DA1 5XE (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2025
Because of Thames Water works, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of A2026 Victoria Road, Dartford. westbound only, on or after 2nd August 2025 for up to 2 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed south-east bound only between the junction with Hythe Street and the roundabout with William Mundy Way/Mill Pond Road.
The alternative route is via A2026, Home Gardens, East Hill/The Brent, A226 London Road, B3228 Cotton Lane, A206 J1a link Rd Bob Dunn Way, A2026 Burnham Road.
B255 Bean Road Free Flow Link, Greenhithe, DA2 8AH (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2025
Because of the replacement of the existing lighting, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of B255 Bean Road Free Flow Link, Greenhithe, on or after 28th July 2025 for up to 1 night between 20:00hrs and 06:00hrs or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed from the B255 to the A296 Watling Street.
The alternative route is via B255 Bean Road, Watling Street Roundabout, B255 Bean Lane and vice versa.
Wood Lane, Darenth, DA2 7JP (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2025
Because of a new gas service connection, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Wood Lane, Darenth, on or after 11th August 2025 for up to 8 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed outside number 31.
There is no alternative route but access will be given when safe to do so.
