What is happening?
TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE B1117 NEW STREET, STRADBROKE
Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the B1117 New Street, Stradbroke from 240 metres west of the junction with Queen Street for 50 metres westbound to facilitate a water disconnection. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be the B1077, the A140, the B1118 and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 29/07/2025 - 31/07/2025 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE C611 WARREN ROAD AND THE U6252 JUNIPER ROAD, RED LODGE
Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the following roads:
? The C611 Warren Road, Red Lodge from 20 metres south of the junction with Juniper Road for 40 metres northbound
? The U6252 Juniper Road, Red Lodge from the junction with Warren Road for 40 metres eastbound
This is to facilitate the installation of a new electrical supply. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion routes will be:
? Warren Road, Boundary Road, Newmarket Road, Warren Road and vice versa
? Juniper Road, Hundred Acre Way, Warren Road and vice versa

It is intended that the closure will operate from 28/07/2025 - 29/08/2025 from 8am - 5pm with a further closure scheduled for associated works. If necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the C410 Harkstead Lane, Woolverstone from 40 metres south of the junction with the B1456 for 200 metres southbound to facilitate the installation of a new water main and cutting and capping of the existing water main. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be Harkstead Lane, Brick Kiln Road, New Lane, Fishponds Lane, the B1080, the B1456 and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from:
18/07/2025 - 25/07/2025 or
11/08/2025 - 15/08/2025
If necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).
