ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 
THE M62 MOTORWAY (JUNCTION 6 TARBOCK ISLAND ROUNDABOUT) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that National Highways Limited (Company No. 09346363) has made an Order on the M62 Motorway, in the Borough of Knowsley, in the County of Merseyside, to enable improvement works at Tarbock Island Roundabout to be carried out in safety.

The Order will impose a 40 mph speed limit on the M62 Motorway J6 Tarbock Island Roundabout.

The restriction is expected to be in place during a continuous period starting at 05:00 on Friday 1 August 2025 and ending at 20:00 on Friday 29 January 2027.

The restriction will not apply to emergency services or special-forces vehicles and will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall, from time to time, be indicated by traffic signs. The Order comes into force on 31 August 2025 and has a maximum duration of eighteen months. For further information, contact sam.smith@nationalhighways.co.uk.
