BEACONSFIELD AVENUE AND GLANVILLE ROAD, GILLINGHAM (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council have made an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable gas mains replacement works to be carried out in Barnsole Road
Beaconsfield Avenue and Glanville Road, Gillingham – each to be closed to all vehicular traffic from their junctions with Barnsole Road for a distance of 50 metres. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. Access maintained at all times.
This Order will come into force on Tuesday, 5 August 2025 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Tuesday, 5 August 2025 and are programmed for completion within three weeks. The Order will be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.

BUNTERS HILL ROAD, WAINSCOTT (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council have made an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable carriageway resurfacing and maintenance to be carried out
Bunters Hill Road, Wainscott - to be closed to all vehicular traffic from the junction with B2000 Town Road for a distance of 300 metres. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. An alternative route will be available via Bunters Hill Road, Higham Road, Hollywood Lane, B2000.
This Order will come into force on Thursday, 31 July 2025 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Thursday, 31 July 2025 and are programmed for completion within 1 day (8am–6pm). The Order will be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.

CECIL ROAD, ROCHESTER (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council have made an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic new sewer connection
Cecil Road, Rochester - to be closed to all vehicular traffic between the junction with Wickham Street and the junction with Catherine Street. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. An alternative route will be available via Catherine Street, Weller Avenue, Jasper Avenue, St William Way, Cecil Road.
This Order will come into force on Thursday, 31 July 2025 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Thursday, 31 July 2025 and are programmed for completion within 1 week. The Order will be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.

HEMPSTEAD ROAD, GILLINGHAM (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council have made an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic Carriageway resurfacing
Hempstead Road, Gillingham - to be closed to all vehicular traffic between Lidsing Road and number 327 Hempstead Road. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. An alternative route will be available via Lidsing Road, Capstone Road, Peartree Lane and Hempstead Road.
This Order will come into force on Wednesday, 30 July 2025 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Wednesday, 30 July 2025 and are programmed for completion within 1 day (8am–6pm). The Order will be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.

UPPER BUSH ROAD, CUXTON (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council have made an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable electricity supply works to be carried out
Upper Bush Road, Cuxton - to be closed to all vehicular traffic for the entire length. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. No alternative route is available. Access to properties will be maintained as far as possible. Emergency access will be maintained at all times.
This Order will come into force on Monday, 4 August 2025 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Monday, 4 August 2025 and are programmed for completion within 4 days. The Order will be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.

DAWES STREET AND CANTERBURY STREET, GILLINGHAM (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary restrictions on traffic to enable electricity supply works to be carried out
Dawes Street and Canterbury Street, Gillingham – to enable temporary traffic lights to be installed at this junction, waiting, loading or unloading will be prohibited at all times on both sides for 30 metres in each direction.
This Order will come into force on Tuesday, 12 August 2025 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Tuesday, 12 August 2025 and are programmed for completion within two weeks. The Order will be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.

INGRAM ROAD, GILLINGHAM (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council have made an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to facilitate railway track maintenance
Ingram Road, Gillingham - to be closed to all vehicular traffic between points 20m either side of Gillingham level crossing. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. An alternative route will be available via Gillingham Road, Brompton Road, Prince Aurther Road, Pier Road, Church Street, in both directions.
This Order will come into force on Tuesday, 5 August 2025 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Tuesday, 5 August 2025 and are programmed for completion within 1 night (11.45pm–5.00am).

Chapel Road, Isle Of Grain - to be closed to all vehicular traffic between Doggets Row and Green Lane. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. An alternative route will be available via Green Lane and High Street.
This Order will come into force on Wednesday, 6 August 2025 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Wednesday, 6 August 2025 and are programmed for completion within two days (7am–7pm).

Shipwrights Avenue, Chatham - to be closed to all vehicular traffic. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. An alternative route will be available via Castle Road, Victoria Road and Clarence Road.
This Order will come into force on Monday, 4 August 2025 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Monday, 4 August 2025 and are programmed for completion within two days (with works taking place between 7am and 7pm).
The Order will be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.
