NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(WEST PADDOCK, LEYLAND, SOUTH RIBBLE BOROUGH) (REVOCATION, PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
1. Revoke the "Lancashire County Council (South Ribble Borough Area) (On Street Parking Places, Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Consolidation Order 2009" insofar as it relates to:
a) Item (218) of Schedule 10.01;
b) Item (23) of Schedule 11.075.
2. Introduce a prohibition of waiting in West Paddock, Leyland, both sides, from its junction with the Centreline of Broadfield Drive/Woodlea Road for a distance of 22.5 meters in a westerly direction.
3. Introduce a restriction of waiting Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm in West Paddock, Leyland, both sides, from a point 22.5 meters west of its junction with the Centreline of Broadfield Drive/Woodlea Road for a distance of 359.5 meters in a westerly direction.

A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of South Ribble Borough Council, Civic Centre, West Paddock, Leyland, PR25 1DH and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
