NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because major water mains replacement works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s); Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Quakers Lane, Rawdon, between its junctions with Park Road and Greenacre Park. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Quakers Lane, New Road Side, Leeds Road, Micklefield Lane, Harrogate Road, Park Road and vice versa. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because Gas Replacement works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Harehills Lane, Chapel Allerton, between its junctions with Newton Road and Mansion Gate: Northbound closure: 23rd July 2025 - 28th July 2025. Southbound Closure: 29th July 2025 - 7th August 2025 Diversionary routes for vehicles affected by the closures will be available: (Northbound) via Roundhay Road, Sheepscar Street South, Clay Pitt Lane, Chapeltown Road; and (Southbound) via Chapeltown Raod, Barack Road, Roundhay Road, Easterly Road, Harehills Lane. (Definitive Footpath Sturton Grange No.4)

(Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that due to bridge dismantling works on or near the under mentioned footpath, relating to the TransPennine Route upgrade, Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall proceed on foot along Definitive Footpath Sturton Grange No.4, in the Garforth Ward, between its junctions with Ridge Road and New Sturton Grange. A Diversionary route for pedestrians affected by the closure will be available via New Sturton Lane, Braemar Drive, Definitive Footpath Garforth 29, Definitive Footpath Sturton Grange 3 and vice-versa. The Order shall come into operation at 05:00 hours on 21 July 2025 and to remain in force 24 hours per day, for a maximum period of 6 months. (City Wide) Order 2025 – Amendment Order No.10 2025 & (Various Traffic Movements)  (City Wide Order 2025 – Amendment Order No.3 2025: Assembly Street, Leeds

Leeds City Council has today made the above-named Orders, in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 32, 35,124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police. The effect of this Amendment Orders, which come into effect on 17 July 2025 is to introduce to Prevent Waiting at any Time and to Prohibit vehicular access (except for loading between 23:30pm and 10:30am) on the whole of Assembly Street, Leeds. A copy of the Amendment Orders, together with related documentation may be obtained by e-mailing troteam@leeds.gov.uk. If you wish to object to question the validity of an Amendment Order or any provision contained within it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instrument made under the Act has not be complied with in relation to the Order, you may within 6 weeks from the date upon which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
