The North Yorkshire Council, Harrogate, Off-Street Parking Places, Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that The North Yorkshire Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 32 & 35 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act of 1984”) & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Act of 1984 & under the Traffic Management Act 2004 (“the 2004 Act”), & all Regulations & Orders made in exercise of the powers conferred by the 2004 Act & of all other enabling powers & after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984, the effect of which will be to amend “The Council of the Borough of Harrogate (Off-Street Parking Places) (No.12) Order 2015.
