What is happening?

SHEFFIELD CITY COUNCIL (STOPPING RESTRICTIONS, WAITING
RESTRICTIONS, LOADING RESTRICTIONS & PARKING PLACES) (MAP SCHEDULE) ORDER 2024 (AMENDMENT NO.20) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 17 July 2025 Sheffield City Council made the above Order which come into operation on 24 July 2025 under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order will be to introduce:

No Waiting at any time on parts of Ballifield Avenue, Bankfield Lane, Botham Street, Church Lane, Colley Road, Cyclops Street, Deep Lane, Delves Road, Ecclesfield Road, Grimesthorpe Road, Handsworth Grange Road, Harvey Clough Road, High Greave, Hunsley Street, Norton Church Road, Norton Lane, Oak Street, Orgreave Drive, Petre Drive, Petre Street, Ringinglow Close, Ringinglow Road, Thornbridge Avenue, Thornbridge Place, Thorncliffe Road, Uppergate Road, Well Road, Wheata Place, Wheata Road, Woodland Road and Wood Spring Court

And remove:

No Waiting Monday to Saturday 8.00am to 06.30pm on parts of Church Lane, Deep Lane, Delves Road and Ecclesfield Road

or examined during normal opening hours at First Point Reception, Howden House, 1 Union Street, Sheffield, S1 2SH

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the enabling Act or that a requirement of the enabling Act or any of the relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within six weeks of 24 July 2025 make application for that purpose to the High Court.
