(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because are being or
proposed to be executed on or near the roads and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle from entering, proceeding or
waiting in those lengths of Top Road and Station Road at
Barnby Dun in the City of Doncaster District as described in
the Schedule to this notice on the dates and times referred to
in the said Schedule.

workforce whilst carriageway resurfacing works following
traffic light scheme are undertaken.

Any vehicle that is in contravention of the waiting restriction
imposed by this Order may be removed under the provisions
of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
Any contravention of the prohibitions or restrictions imposed
by this Order may result in a Penalty Charge Notice being
issued and the subsequent removal of a vehicle.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
propose to make an Order under the provisions of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the order will be to introduce a 50 mph speed
limit on the following roads:
That length of the A631 Bawtry Road Tickhill which extends
from a point 490 metres southeast of its junction with Stripe
Road to its junction with Bawtry Road in a generally
southeasterly direction
That length of Bawtry Road from its junction with the A631
Bawtry Road to the borough boundary in a generally
southwesterly direction
That length of the A631 Tickhill Road Bawtry which extends
from its junction with Bawtry Road to a point 140 metres west
of its junction with Oak Tree Road in a generally northeasterly
direction

the restricted roads and a statement of the Councils reasons
