St Wilfrids Road - Temporary Road Closure
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
ST WILFRIDS ROAD, WEST HALLAM
WHEN: 04 August 2025 (09:30 to 15:30).
WHERE: St Wilfrids Road, West Hallam between its jct. with High Lane West and its jct. with Derbyshire Avenue.
REASON: To facilitate the repair/replacement of inspection chamber covers & frames.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: High Lane West, Station Road, Beech Lane, The Village, St Wilfrids Road and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
