(50 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council and with permission from West Northamptonshire Council has made an Order under Section 84 and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed exceeding 50 mph along that length of C195 Rothwell Road, Harrington, as specified in the Order and the Schedule to this Notice below.
The Order will become effective on 21st July 2025.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date of this Notice, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
