(Burgess Hill: Public Footpaths 44BH, 45BH, 96CR and

NOTICE is hereby given that not less than 7 days from the date of this notice, WSCC intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to temporarily close the route formed by public footpaths 44BH, 45BH, 96CR and 94CR (Freeks Lane) in Burgess Hill from its junction with Eastbridge Avenue, northwards to its junction with Isaacs Lane (A273).

The Order extends the operation of previously issued short term closure notices and will come into effect on 22 July 2025, remaining in force for up to 6 months or until the proposed works are completed, whichever is earlier.
