THE COUNCIL INTENDS TO MAKE
(Parsons Fee, Aylesbury) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Parsons Fee for approx. 40M. Alternative route: Parsons Fee, Castle St, Church St and vice versa. The closure is required whilst reconstruction of St Marys Church boundary wall commences on 4 August 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 4 August 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Frederick St, Waddesdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Frederick St for approx. 82M. Alternative route: High St, Quainton Rd, Frederick St and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach underground cabling works commence on 28 July 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 28 July 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Thornborough Road, Padbury) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Thornborough Road for approx. 59M. Alternative route: Buckingham Road, London Road, Buckingham Ring Road, Bletchley Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Anglian Water works commence on 26 August 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 26 August 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Lower Rd, Stoke Mandeville) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Lower Rd for approx. 479M. Alternative route: Lower Rd, Station Rd, Wendover Rd, Stoke Rd, Mandeville Rd, Old Stoke Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst surface course and white lining works commence on 4 August 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 4 August 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Beacon Rd, Ringshall) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Beacon Rd for approx. 109M. Alternative route: Beacon Rd, Ringshall Rd, Little Gaddesden Rd, Main Rd North, Leighton Rd, Tring Rd, Dunstable Rd and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Thames Water works commence on 26 August 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 26 August 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Aylesbury Rd, Chearsley) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Aylesbury Rd for approx. 59M. Alternative route: Aylesbury Rd, Winchendon Rd, Winchendon Ridge Rd, Cannons Hill, Nether Winchendon and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Thames Water defect works commence on 28 July 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 28 July 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
THE COUNCIL HAS MADE
(Public Footpath No. 19/2, Parish of Haddenham) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2025 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Footpath commencing at the junction of Haddenham Footpath No 19/2 and Rosemary Lane and continuing northwest for approx. 222M. The closure is required to surface the cut through area from Rosemary Lane. There is no alternative route. The Order will come into operation on 14 July 2025, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.
