ADDITION OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH NUMBER 1142 WELL

DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2025

The above named Order made on 19 June 2025 if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding Public Footpath Number 1142 in the Parish of Well with a width of 3 metres running from Low Lane at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) 544598,373900 (A) in a generally south south easterly direction for approximately 72 metres to OSGR 544619,373832 (B) then continuing in a generally south south westerly direction for approximately 61 metres to OSGR 544597,373775 (C) then running in a generally south south easterly direction for approximately 151 metres and then in a generally south easterly direction for approximately 52 metres to OSGR 544692,373602 (D) then continuing in a generally south westerly direction for approximately 140 metres to OSGR 544601,373501 (E) then running in a generally south easterly direction for approximately 72 metres to OSGR 544637,373440

(F) then continuing in a generally south westerly direction for approximately 69 metres and then in a generally west south westerly direction for approximately 112 metres to OSGR 544483,373360 then running in a generally westerly direction for approximately 67 metres to the entrance of the churchyard at St Margaret’s Church at OSGR 544417,373371 (H). The total length of public footpath to be added to be approximately 796 metres as shown between points A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H in Order Drawing Number 2025/010/DMMO580/A4.

Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be sent in writing, quoting reference SXI. 74148.WELL, to Legal Services Lincolnshire, Lincolnshire County Council, County Offices, Newland, Lincoln, LN1 1YL (or e-mail sally. ironmonger@lincolnshire.gov.uk) not later than 28 August 2025 and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made. If no representation or objections are duly made to the Order or to any part of it or if any so made are withdrawn Lincolnshire County Council instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State for the Environment may themselves confirm the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be transmitted with the Order.
