(HORSLEY CROSS, MANNINGTREE TO PARKESTON, HARWICH, ESSEX)

(50 MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT)

ORDER 2025

National Highways Limited(a) gives notice that it has made an Order on 30 June 2025 under section 84(1)(a) and (2) of, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on lengths of the A120 Trunk Road (“the A120”) in the County of Essex.

The effect of the Order will be to impose on the A120 between Horsley Cross at Manningtree and Parkeston at Harwich, in the County of Essex, a speed limit of 50 miles per hour, on the –

• eastbound and westbound carriageway between their junctions with B1035 Horsley Cross Roundabout and the western side of B1352 Ramsey Roundabout, including the circulatory carriageway of B1035 Horsley Cross Roundabout, and

• eastbound and westbound carriageway between their junctions with the western side of B1352 Ramsey Roundabout and a point 80 metres west of their junction with the western side of Parkeston Roundabout, including the circulatory carriageway of B1352 Ramsey Roundabout.
