ORDER 202_ - TRO/24/27
The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended to: 1. Introduce exemptions for pedal cycles to the one-way restrictions on Cassel’s La, Circus La, Drummond St, Richmond La, Rose St, Thistle St, and Wishaw Ter; 2. Introduce an exemption for pedal cycles to the prohibition of entry on Simpson Ln. Details of the draft Order and related documents, including our privacy notice, can be viewed online from 11/07/25 to 01/08/25 at www. edinburgh.gov.uk/trafficorders and www.tellmescotland.gov. uk, or at Waverley Court Reception between 9:30am & 3:30pm Mon-Fri during the same period. Objectors must state their reasons in writing quoting reference TRO/24/27 to Traffic Orders, Place, Waverley Court, 4 East Market St, Edinburgh, EH8 8BG, or by email to TRO.consultations@edinburgh.gov. uk, not later than 01/08/25. Objections should state the name and address of the objector.
