NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC – ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – Various Locations in Cheshire East
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and all other enabling powers has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic.
Prohibition of traffic – Manchester Road, Wilmslow – For the full extent.
Footway Herdman Street to side of Nos 37/38, Crewe – For the full extent.
Footway No 14 Wesley Place to Waverley Court, Crewe – For the full extent.
Footway No 12 Wesley Place to Wesley Place, Crewe – For the full extent.
Footway No12 Wesley Place to Car Park, Crewe – For the full extent.
Footway Lockitt Street to Mill Street, Crewe – For the full extent.
Footway No12 Wesley Place to Wesley Place – For the full extent.

This order will come into operation on Friday 11 July 2025 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 9 February 2026.
