(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)
ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council have made an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as
substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on the following stretches of road:
* Right hand turn on Bilston Road A41 into Hospital
Street closed. Vehicular Diversion Route: Bilston
Road, Steelhouse Lane, Kent Road, Dixon Street,
Thompson Avenue, Birmingham Road, Derry
Street, Vicarage Road, Cleveland Road & vice
versa.
* Hospital Street closed its entire length in both
directions. Vehicular Diversion Route: Bilston Road,
Ring Road, Birmingham Road, Derry Street,
Vicarage Road, Cleveland Road & vice versa.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months, but it is anticipated that the works will be undertaken from 14 July 2025 until 18 July 2025.
The Order is required to facilitate a new water service connection by Severn Trent Water.
