What is happening?
Warwickshire County Council
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
HAMPTON ROAD, BUDBROOKE
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable works to install a new water hydrant and renew a sluice valve.
Order Commences: 15 July 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 17 July 2025.
Access & Diversion: Hampton Road, Old School Lane and vice versa.
Contractor: Chevron TM Ltd, Tel: 03300 080 820.
PUBLIC FOOTPATH & CYCLEWAY FROM EUROPA WAY TO WESTLEA ROAD,
WARWICK/ LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Footpath and cycleway closed to all traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable works to install new electricity network ducting.
Order Commences: 14 July 2025 for up to 6 months.
Anticipated Completion: 25 July 2025.
Access & Diversion: Cycleway from Europa Way Bridge to Queensway, Queensway, Cycleway from Myton Road to Westlea Road and vice versa.

PUBLIC FOOTPATH & CYCLEWAY FROM MYTON ROAD TO WESTLEA ROAD, WARWICK
Order Effect: Footpath and cycleway closed to all traffic from Saumur Way to Europa Way.
Reason for Order: To enable works to install new electricity network ducting.
Order Commences: 14 July 2025 for up to 6 months.
Anticipated Completion: 1 September 2025.
Access & Diversion: Diversion will be appropriately signed.

THE BUTTS, WARWICK
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to lay new ducting in the carriageway.
Order Commences: 12 July 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 13 July 2025.
Access & Diversion: Jury Street, High Street, West Street, Stratford Road, A46 Warwick Bypass, Sherbourne Hill, Birmingham Road, Saltisford, Northgate and vice versa.

ALL SAINTS ROAD, WARWICK
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to install new boundary box.
Order Commences: 28 July 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 29 July 2025.
Access & Diversion: All Saints Road and vice versa.

D4691 COPPICE ROAD, D4696 MURCOTT ROAD EAST AND D4693 MOORHILL ROAD,
WHITNASH, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Roads closed to vehicular traffic as follows: Coppice Road – closed from Murcott Road East to Cypress Lane, Murcott Road East – closed between the entrance of Whitnash Methodist Church car park and the entrance of Murcott Court car park, Moorhill Road – closed from Coppice Road to Morse Road.
Reason for Order: Footway reconstruction and associated works, weekdays only 09.30hrs15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 28 July 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 8 August 2025.
Access & Diversion: Heathcote Road, Franklin Road, Moorhill Road, Landor Road, Coppice Road and vice versa. Access/Egress to/from Harrow Road may be restricted whilst works are in progress.

MALLORY ROAD, BISHOPS TACHBROOK
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to install new boundary box.
Order Commences: 30 July 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 31 July 2025.
Access & Diversion: Mallory Road, Footpath Mallory Road, Church Hill, Oakley Wood Road, Banbury Road and vice versa.

PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY W119 IN THE PARISH OF ROYAL LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Bridleway closed to all traffic between grid references SP33215-63750 to SP33285-63735.
Reason for Order: To safely enable excavation works on or near to the bridleway.
Order Commences: 1 August 2025 for up to 6 months.
Access & Diversion: Will be signed and made available on site.

STRATFORD ROAD, LIGHTHORNE
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable works for renewal of a water pipe.
Order Commences: 28 July 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 30 July 2025.
Access & Diversion: No diversion available.

SCHOOL LANE, RADFORD SEMELE
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Installation works for new boundary box.
Order Commences: 28 July 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 29 July 2025.
Access & Diversion: Hatherell Road, Lewis Road, Southam Road, School Lane and vice versa.
Contractor: Chevron Traffic Management Ltd, Tel: 03300 080 820.
SOUTHAM ROAD (LAYBY ONLY), RADFORD SEMELE
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic at the layby 60 metres east of Bloxham Way.
Reason for Order: To conduct trial holes to locate utility services.
Order Commences: 28 July 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 30 July 2025.

WESTLEA ROAD, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works for installation of new electrical cables.
Order Commences: 1 August 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 18 August 2025.
Access & Diversion: Westlea Road, Lee Road, Bury Road and vice versa.
Contractor: Network Plus Ltd, Tel: 08006 783 105.
For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
