Proposed Order: To close that part of Closure 1 — A38 City Walls Road (southbound) from its junction with U50300 Lowesmoor to its junction with A38 St. Martins Gate Roundabout. Closure 2 — A38 City Walls Road (northbound) from its junction with A44 College St to its junction with A38 St. Martins Gate Roundabout. Closure 3 — B4205 St Martins Gate Roundabout from its junction with A38 City Walls Rd to its junction with St Martins Gate Roundabout and the Worcestershire County Council (Sansome Street/Lowesmoor/St Nicholas Street) (Bus Lane) (Consolidation) Order 2021 is temporarily suspended in respect of the entire bus lane diversion on Lowesmoor for the duration of the works.

Order made: To close that part of U53117 New St from its junction with U53118 Charles St to its junction with U53116 Corn Market and to temporarily suspend The County of Hereford and Worcester (New Street, Worcester) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1990 to allow two-way traffic to enable access for residents and businesses for the duration of this Order.

Reason: Street lighting by Prysmian Cables and Systems (Street Lighting).

No access for emergency services. Diversion route must be followed.

(Prohibition of Waiting on U53002 Padmore Street, Worcester)

Proposed Order: To temporarily prohibit waiting at any time on the following length of road:

U53002 Padmore Street from a point 30 metres south of its junction with B4205 Lowesmoor Place for a distance of 142 metres in a southerly direction on the west side of the carriageway.

Reason: Installation of temporary double yellow lines to facilitate works for the duration of the work (Shrub Hill Improvement Scheme) by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
