(Rossall Grove, Harehills, Leeds) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic)
Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because excavation works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council has today mad an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Rossall Grove, Harehills, Leeds; between its junctions with Rossall Road and Karnac Road. Diversionary routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Rossall Road, Luxor Road, Karnac Road and vice versa; and also via Harehills Lane, Roundhay Road, Karnac Road, and vice versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Monday 14th July 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works to repair a faulty cable are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highways, Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Fountain Street, Woodhouse, Leeds. A diversionary route will be signposted in the vicinity. Essential access to premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Thursday 10 July 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because Gas Replacement works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Harehills Lane, Chapel Allerton, between its junctions with Newton Road and Mansion Gate: Northbound closure: 23rd July 2025 - 28th July 2025. Southbound Closure: 29th July 2025 - 7th August 2025 Diversionary routes for vehicles affected by the closures will be available: (Northbound) via Roundhay Road, Sheepscar Street South, Clay Pitt Lane, Chapeltown Road; and (Southbound) via Chapeltown Road, Barack Road, Roundhay Road, Easterly Road, Harehills Lane. The Order is intended to come into operation on Wednesday 23rd July 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because water mains works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along; 1. Greenacre Park, Rawdon, from its junction with Greenacre Park Avenue to outside Number 52 Greenacre Park; 2. Greenacre Park Avenue between its junctions with Greenacre Park and Greenacre Park Rise; 3. Greenacre Park Rise, from its junction with Green Lane to the end of Greenacre Park Rise; 4. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Burnt Side Road, Back Lane and Whitehall Lane. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because Telecom mast works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be that: 1. No person shall proceed on foot along the footway along the westbound carriageway of Stanningley Road, for 35m from its junction with Cockshott Lane. 2. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to park or be in any of those the 8 parking bays outside numbers 219 to 223 Stanningley Road. A diversionary route for pedestrians affected by the closure will be available via: Green Hill Close, Green Hill Road, Cockshott Lane, Houghley Lane and vice versa. The Order is intended to come into operation on Tuesday 22nd July 2025 at 19:00 hrs and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because of the likelihood of danger arising to the public (holding of the Summer Series Concert events at Millennium Square) Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is to introduce the following traffic restrictions during the event dates and times listed in the Schedule below. No Person Shall Cause or Permit Any Vehicle to Proceed Along: a. Great George St; between Calverley St & Dudley Way; b. Cookridge St & Rossington St, between their junctions with Great George St & Woodhouse Lane; c. St Anne’s St; between its access to The Light Car Park and Cookridge St; d. The Laybys on Great George St (to the rear of the Town Hall) and in front of the Electric Press Building; except for production vehicles; e. Portland Cres; from its junction with Woodhouse La – except for managed access where required. (Consequently both Portland Gate and that part of Cookridge St to the north of Vernon St will also be closed by default). f. Portland Way; between its junctions with Woodhouse La & Calverley St (Emergency evacuation only); g. Calverley St; between its junctions with Portland St & Portland Way (Emergency evacuation only).A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closures will be available via Calverley St; Portland Way and Woodhouse La. (Definitive Footpath Morley No.16)
(Temporary Prohibition of Use)
Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that due site development works on or near the under mentioned footpath, Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall proceed on foot along Definitive Footpath Morley No.16, in the Morley North Ward, from its junction with Wakefield Road for a distance of approximately 60 metres in a north-easterly direction. A Diversionary route for pedestrians affected by the closure will be available via a temporary path running through the development site, running in a north-easterly direction largely parallel to the closed section of footpath above. The Order shall come into operation on 10 July 2025 and to remain in force 24 hours per day, for a maximum period of 6 months. The closure will be in place for 24hrs on each day. Reference TC10119

Notice Is Hereby Given that due to bridge dismantling works on or near the under mentioned footpath, relating to the TransPennine Route upgrade, Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be that: No person shall proceed on foot along Definitive Footpath Sturton Grange No.4, in the Garforth Ward, between its junctions with Ridge Road and New Sturton Grange. A Diversionary route for pedestrians affected by the closure will be available via New Sturton Lane, Braemar Drive, Definitive Footpath Garforth 29, Definitive Footpath Sturton Grange 3 and vice versa. The Order is intended to come into operation at 05:00 hours on 21 July 2025 and to remain in force 24 hours per day, for a maximum period of 6 months.
