RESTRICTIONS
“The Aberdeenshire Council (Balmacassie Drive, Ellon – 15.07.25) (Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order, 2025” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The order will operate from 15.07.25 for a period of 18 months and will prohibit any vehicle from waiting on Balmacassie Drive, Ellon, between the A948 and Balmacassie Way.
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety to allow safe movement of traffic.
