(TEMPORARY ROAD RESTRICTION AND TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2025 – TEMP/25/81
The Council, with the consent of Scottish Ministers, has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period, to facilitate holding of the Assembly Festival on Roxburgh Place, no person shall: (a) drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle; and (b) except with the permission of a Parking Attendant, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load onto or unload from any vehicle on any part of Roxburgh Place, both sides, from the south-east kerbline of Drummond St, south-eastwards for 58m. Existing parking restrictions will be suspended on the affected sections of road described. The alternative route for vehicles is Drummond St, Roxburgh St, W Adam St & Roxburgh Pl. The order shall have effect from 08:00hrs on 16/7/25 to 23:59hrs on 28/8/25.
